Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The check only runs at startup, after an import, on a network change, or by toggling the option off and on. Once cached results make startup instant (#206), a manual refresh needs a home: a small button on the server tab that re-runs the check on demand.
Depends on #205/#206 - forcing a minutes-long sequential sweep isn't a button worth pressing.
