Four vague lines, including "a lot more.....". Either replace it with a
short categorised list or delete it and track work as issues, which fits the
PR-driven workflow CONTRIBUTING.md describes.

Now that issues exist, deleting is probably right.

Related: CHANGELOG.md is still headed by upstream 0.8.x entries and records
neither the 0.9.0 rename nor any merged fix. Decide whether it is current or
historical, and say which.
