Audiobookshelf (PR #376) keeps its own local accounts, like Navidrome, so knock should create one per signup.

POST /api/users with username, password, type: user, access to the audiobooks library; auth is a Bearer token of an admin account.
Needs an admin API token in _helper/knock/secrets/ (user-created, Pattern 1) and a knock-worker secret mount, same shape as navidrome_admin_password.txt.
New module _helper/knock/audiobookshelf.py alongside navidrome.py, wired into provision.py; failure reported over ntfy without blocking the other steps.
Docs: Adding-a-New-User.md §1 table row and §2 list, drop §7a once knock covers it.

Superseded: Audiobookshelf is going on Authelia OIDC with auto-register in PR #376 (the official app, Lissen, Storii and Plappa all do the OIDC flow), so there is nothing for knock to provision. Close once #376 merges.
