Sketch: after the Jellyfin account exists, POST /api/v1/user/import-from-jellyfin with that one jellyfinUserId, then PUT /api/v1/user/{id} with the email from the form (skip when the form left it empty, it's optional). Needs a Seerr API key as a knock Docker secret plus its deny rule. Side effect worth having: the Seerr account exists before the first visit.

Parked: not decided whether a second API key in knock is worth it for this.

Knock writes the friend's email into LLDAP, Navidrome and CWA but never touches Seerr. Seerr only learns about a user on their first Jellyfin login into it (or an admin import) and copies the account from Jellyfin, which has no email field. So the "your request is available" mail wired in setup/Media.md § 11 goes nowhere until the friend types their address into their Seerr profile; the packaging page currently tells them to do that.
