Continue the previous session's wiki refinement, updating the comments/docs style sections of CLAUDE.md as we go so less hand-editing is needed next time.

Special focus: strip out incident-reporting sections. Git log is the record; the page states the live constraint, not the outage that found it.

Concrete drift found during the stack analysis (#116), for this pass:

Backup-and-Restore.md § What gets backed up is behind includes.sh: the doc lists 4 pg_dumpall targets, the script dumps 6 (forgejo/lychee/mealie added) and includes the forgejo/lychee/mealie/filebrowser paths the doc never mentions. Script is correct, doc is stale.
Services.md § forgejo still says "not yet frp-exposed — websecure-frp still commented out, LAN only." It's live on websecure-frp (forgejo/compose.yml:159), and Public-Exposure.md already lists it as exposed.
Maintenance.md just up dependency order omits dagu, filebrowser, lychee, mealie (justfile has all 12 stacks).
Monitoring.md § Promtail says the three bind-mounted files are "the same three files CrowdSec already tails" — CrowdSec's acquis now has five file sources (seerr and calibre-web added). Auth-and-Security.md's CrowdSec section has the same three-source claim.
Public-Exposure.md § What's exposed has no row for esotericsuds.com (sudsweb is on websecure-frp).
