Problem

Everything since v0.9.0 (the DNS overhaul, launch-time bypass wrapping (#67), the service-owned sweep and cgroup reconciliation (#113), service-side network watching (#111)) is unreleased.

Fix

The 0.9.1 changelog entry, VERSION bumped to 0.9.1, and the PKGBUILD's placeholder pkgver kept in step. The cli ships unsupported (#132) and the scope note says so.

Verification

pytest: 309 passed. CI's lint gate (ruff E9,F63,F7,F82 + compileall with SyntaxWarning as error) clean locally.

After merge: signed tag v0.9.1 on the release commit, then the Forgejo release.
