Problem

After #143's template move, the three aqomui*.svg state icons still sit loose in the resources/ root while flags/ and templates/ hold their populations in directories.

Fix

Move them to resources/icons/. Installed destination is unchanged (/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/) — the tray and .desktop resolve icons by theme name, so no runtime code is involved. setup.py now globs the directory the way the PKGBUILD already does (the #104 drift guard now covers both installers); README logo path updated.

Verification

ruff check --select E9,F63,F7,F82 . clean; 435 tests pass
Repo-wide sweep: no remaining resources/aqomui*.svg path references (the .desktop file references Icon = aqomui by theme name, untouched)
Cosmetic-only at runtime; the real check is the next package build installing three icons from the new glob

Same split #143's template move started: the resources/ root keeps
honestly-named singletons, directories hold populations (flags/,
templates/, now icons/). setup.py now globs the directory like the
PKGBUILD already does, so a fourth state icon can't repeat the #104
drift in either direction.
