Problem

The Double-Hop section still carried the 2010-era OpenVPN forum thread and VPN-Chain repo links (the technique lives in tunnel.py/hop.sh now — #88 called them clutter) and a speed warning written before DCO that overstated the cost.

Fix

Links removed; the privacy rationale stated in one clause (separate entry and exit operators); the speed sentence replaced with the honest measured shape: additive latency per hop, moderate throughput loss growing with inter-server distance.

Verification

Prose-only change. Numbers behind the wording are on #88 (+7 ms / −13% for a same-region pair, measured 2026-08-29).

Closes #88

The 2010-era forum thread and VPN-Chain repo documented a technique
that now lives in tunnel.py and scripts/hop.sh; the speed warning
predates DCO and overstated the cost (measured on #88: latency is
additive per hop, throughput loss moderate rather than halved).
