Delete branch "readme-stale-claims"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Problem: Two inherited README claims no longer hold. The Bypass limitation said same-provider double tunnels work on AirVPN/Windscribe but not Mullvad/ProtonVPN — 2018-era policy; ProtonVPN paid plans now allow 10 simultaneous connections and a paid plan has been confirmed working in practice. The WireGuard section warned that DEB/RPM packages don't auto-install WireGuard, but this fork ships no DEB/RPM packages (debian/ removed in #45).
Fix: Reword the limitation to state the constraint itself (simultaneous-connection allowance per plan + per-tunnel subnet assignment) with ProtonVPN paid as the verified case, dropping the stale enumeration. Delete the DEB/RPM sentences and an upstream-era "now".
Verification: Doc-only. The remaining provider download claims (AirVPN/Mullvad/Windscribe scrapers) are deliberately untouched — #32 gates those until tested.
